E4- 06/ E4- 07 Terminal AM Monitor Gain / Voltage Bias
E4-02/ E4-06 Sets the gain for terminal FM and AM as a percentage.
E4-03/ E4-07 Sets the voltage bias for terminal FM and AM as a percentage.
