25.  Flash Memory 

25.1  General Description 

ML62Q1000 series has the flash memory in the program memory space and data flash area. For details of the program 
memory space and data flash area, see Chapter 2 "CPU and Memory Space". 
The flash memory is programmable by following three ways.
