7.1.1 Features
ML62Q1000 series common
•
Generate eight frequency (128Hz, 64Hz, 32Hz, 16Hz, 8Hz, 4Hz, 2Hz and 1Hz) of pulse signals by dividing the
low-speed clock (LSCLK)
•
Three interrupt requests can be chosen among eight periodical interrupt requests
•
The 1Hz or 2Hz signal can be output from general ports
•
An interrupt request (LTBC0INT) can be used for a trigger event source of the Successive Approximation type A-D
Converter.
ML62Q1500 and ML62Q1700 group
•
The clock frequency adjust function
- Allows to adjust in a range approx.-488ppm to +488ppm with the resolution approx.0.119ppm.
- Two frequency adjustment modes
Mode
Description
General frequency
adjustment mode
Adjust T128KHZ to T1HZ clock by using the low-speed
clock every 256 sec cycle.
Virtual frequency
adjustment mode
Adjust T2HZ and T1HZ clock by using the PLL
oscillation clock (HSCLK) every 0.5 sec cycle.
•
The 1Hz or 2Hz signal can be used for the simplified RTC clock
