7.2.3 Low Speed Time Base Register Control Register (LTBCCON)
The low speed time base counter control register (LTBCCON) is a specific function register (SFR) to control the
function of the time base counter.

Enable the high-speed clock (HSCLK) when using the virtual frequency adjustment mode.

It takes max. two clocks of low-speed clock (LSCLK) from the timing of write the TBRUN bit to the timing
of start or stop the operation.

When using the on-chip debug function, the TBCOUT1 output stops during break status even if the item
