11. Serial Communication Unit

11.1 General Description

ML62Q1000 Sereis has two types of the serial communication function:

8-bit/16-bit synchronous serial port (SSIO)

Asynchronous serial interface UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter)

The number of serial communication unit channels is dependent of the product specification.
Table 11-1 shows the number of channels.
