The parameters of the UPP results are described below.

Maximal urethral pressure (MUP)

The maximal urethral pressure (P

ura

) during the UPP study.

Functional profile length

The functional profile length is the length of the urethra, along which the
urethral pressure exceeds vesical pressure. This urethral length is measured

in millimeters. It is calculated from the puller speed in conjunction with the time
needed to reach the point with the same pressure as the resting bladder
