The baling force in the bale channel is controlled by an electronic/hydraulic system. The baling
force is set directly via the terminal from the tractor.
In manual mode, refer to page 153 .
In automatic mode, refer to page 154 .
The baling pressure can be read directly from the display of the terminal. There is another
pressure gauge (1) to read the baling pressure on the pressure limiting valve block.
INFORMATION
In order to maintain the baling pressure in the bale channel when the machine is switched off,
the terminal is only allowed to be switched off when the machine or the flywheel has come to
a complete standstill.

version
INFORMATION
When placing the twine rolls in the twine box, make certain that the labeling on the twine roll
can be read. Watch the side that is marked with
“Above” .

The large-square baler is equipped with twine boxes on both machine sides. Each twine box is
capable of holding 16 twine rolls. Of these, the twine rolls identified with an “R” are spare rolls.
During the baling process, one lower twine is fed to each of the 6 knotters. Three lower twines
are fed to the knotters on each machine side.
„ In order to ensure sufficient tying safety, make certain that only synthetic twines with a
running length of 100 – 130 m/kg are used.

Only use KRONE original twine.
