3. Explanation of the operation devices

Explanation of the operation devices

・

Park the machine in a level place before opening or closing the front window. Opening or

closing the front window on sloped ground could cause an injury from the front window
sliding unexpectedly.

・

Always engage the lock pin toward the right-rear when the front window is stowed against the

ceiling. If the lock pin is not engaged, there is a risk of the front window falling due to the
auto-lock not being fully engaged or the auto-lock becoming disengaged because of severe
vibration, for example.

・

To prevent pin damage, conﬁrm that the lock pin is in the unlocked position

( ) when opening

or closing the front window. Also, be sure to use the designated grip handles for the operation.
Attempting to open or close the window by holding someplace other than the designated grip
handles could result in pinching a hand.

・

If the operator seat position is toward the front or high, then the front window could hit the

operator's head when closing or opening the window. If so, carefully open or close the window
slowly.

(5) Front lower window
With the front window stowed against the ceiling, the front lower window can be removed and stowed in the

holders located on the left rear of the cab.

1) Lower the levers locking the front lower window on the left and

right sides and then remove the window.

2) Place the front lower window onto the holders on the left rear

side, with the right side of the window oriented downward, and
lock it in place with the holder lock at the top.
