7. Monitor

(01E0-0116-0E)

Precautions on using the monitor

・

Press the switches and touch panel display with the pad of the ﬁngers. Do not use ﬁngernails,

a ballpoint pen, or other pointed object to press them.

・

When you clean the touch panel display, use a soft cloth moistened with water or an anti-static

cleaner to wipe it gently. Do not use organic solvents, thinners, etc.

If wiping causes static electrical build-up in the touch panel display, it will not function

correctly.

・

The monitor is accurately adjusted.

Humidity or dust may cause a malfunction, so never take it apart or otherwise open the case.

・

If the display section shows a warning message indicating a malfunction during work or the

preoperational checks, follow the instructions and, if necessary, contact your authorised KATO
dealer for advice on how to proceed.

・

The display is not intended to guarantee the condition of the machine. If you notice anything

abnormal, investigate the cause and contact your authorised KATO dealer if necessary.

・

If you ignore the above precautions, your warranty will not cover any breakdowns or accidents

which result.
