will stop under this mode.

Initialization state flag
Set to 1 by hardware, calendar registers and prescaler can be programmed in this
state.
0:Calendar registers and prescaler register cannot be changed
1:Calendar registers and prescaler register can be changed

RSYNF
Register synchronization flag
Set to 1 by hardware every 2 RTCCLK which will copy current calendar time/date
into shadow register. Initialization mode(INITM), shift operation pending
flag(SOPF) or bypass mode(BPSHAD) will clear this bit. This bit is also can be
cleared by software writing 0.
0:Shadow register are not yet synchronized
1:Shadow register are synchronized

Set by hardware if the year field of calendar date register is not the default value 0.
