Environment requirements

● This product must be installed in a frost-free environment;
● The concrete of each alley must be levelled, free from imperfections such

as holes, cracks, bumps, etc;

● All access to storage pit, cross gutter and transfer pump hopper must be

fenced to prevent falls.

● Each bridging (1) over alleys must be safe for livestock. A guard (2) must be

installed to keep the livestock away from the shearing zone. Refer to picture
below.

● The barn design must allow the scrapers to be parked out of the free stall

area at a minimum distance of 56” (1.42m). During the first 15 seconds of
each stroke, the control panel does not perform detection since it only
collects load fluctuation values.
