even if the alarm volume is set to minimum. If the sound does not generate even
though the setup is correct, malfunction of the main CPU board, display unit
connection cable, speaker-attached cable, etc. can be considered.
Telemetry
The “Telemetry Unit Error” message is displayed.
Cause : The data transmission with the telemetry transmitter has failed.
Solution : Broken wire or a faulty telemetry transmitter can be considered.
Contact service department of Fukuda Denshi.
There is no reception at the telemetry center.
Cause : The channel ID or group ID does not correspond with the telemetry receiver.
Solution : Set the correct channel ID and group ID.
The BP waveform of 100mmHg or above cannot be properly received.
Cause : The BP waveform and scale do not match.
Solution : When the BP waveform is above 100mmHg, set the BP scale above 100mmHg.
Remote Control Unit
The remote control unit does not operate.
Cause 1 : The Remote Control Monitor ID does not match with the remote control unit.
Solution
: Set the correct Remote Control Monitor ID.
Cause 2 : The section does not match with the remote control unit.
Solution
: Set the correct section.
Proper operation cannot be performed using the remote control unit.
Cause 1 : The user key on the remote control unit and remote control setup on the monitor do
not match.
Solution : Set the remote control setup on the monitor so that it matches to the remote control
user key.
Others
Read/Write of the CF card cannot be performed.
Cause : The CF card is not formatted.
Solution : Format the card on the DS-7000. If the problem persists, faulty CPU board or CF card
can be considered.
The “Analog Board Error” message is displayed.
Cause : Faulty analog board can be considered.
Solution : Immediately stop using the equipment and contact service department of Fukuda
Denshi.
The “Adjusting” message is displayed. Large Numbers are displayed.
Cause : This is the test mode. Stop using the device immediately.
Solution : Restart the system. The test mode will be cancelled.
Turn OFF the DIP switch No. 6 if turned ON.
