12.7.9 Ld800 Properties
Default Programming
- This option is enabled by default on newly installed panels
or modules. By default, this will generate a default matrix entry to ensure any
outputs are activated correctly. To modify programming and enter your own matrix
programming, you should disable this option.
loop Calculator
- The options provided here allow you to customise the loading
and voltage requirements for this the loop. Important values here include the cable
type and the start and end lengths. Using the Generate button, you can enter a total
length and quickly configure all devices to be spread along the cable.
loop Calculator results
- This displays the summary of the loop calculator results,
based off the devices placed on the loop and the various cable details. It is important
to note that the this also accounts for the lowest voltage drop estimated to occur on
the loop.
12.7.10 Devices
When a device is selected and depending on its type, some of the following
properties will show: -

name
- This is the device text that will be stored in the panel. The text will usually
be captured in logs and so should be used to identify the device location or
purpose in the system.
•
Volume
- If you have selected a sounder type, you can configure the volume level
the sounder should operate at.
•
Filter
- If a device has more than one input or output, then this option allows you
to select what input or output you want to display and edit.
