Description
Volt Output
This defines a channel as an output based on a transistor, so this has a voltage at
the terminals (~vbus). This can power a device.
Volt Monitored Output
Similar to Volt Output, but this channel is monitored for short and open circuit faults
at the terminals.

12.7.6 Conventional Sounder
This module provides a powered output circuits to drive two loops of
conventional sounders.
•
Default Programming
- This option is enabled by default on newly installed panels
or modules. By default, this will generate a default matrix entry to ensure channels
are activated correctly. To modify programming and enter your own matrix
programming, you should disable this option.
•
mode
- This controls the intended behaviour of the Conventional Sounder circuit.
•
loop mode
- This controls the physical characteristics of the channel, as noted by
the table below.
•
loop Calculator
- To enable a correct estimation of the loading current, you should
add all the required conventional sounders to the list.

12.7.7 Loops
This module provides access to a single address loop, that can host up to 200
devices. Loop modules support a variety of device types, including optical detectors,
sounders, 3 channel IOs, Fan Controllers and more.
12.7.8 Using the Loop Grid Editor
Loops are composed of a grid of cells, each representing a single address on the
loop. Unoccupied addresses will appear as empty white squares, where occupied
addresses will show the current device. When selecting an occupied address /
device, the properties panel will update and allow you to edit that device. When no
device is selected, the properties for the entire loop will be displayed.
By using the zoom option slider bar near the bottom right of the grid, you can adjust
the scale of the cells to suit your computer resolution. Larger cells can display more
information, where smaller cells will show less information.
