selection with a large time delay to trip range. If the frequency deviation
from rated exceeds the set threshold for the duration of the Frequency
Deviation Fast Debounce time, it will trip the motor. The frequency
deviation protection is active when the motor is in the energized state if
enabled. This parameter is scaled in 0.01Hz.
