Introduction

The following section provides a view of the internal batteries and describes
how to remove and fit them.

The internal batteries are located on the rear of the device behind the rear
panel and the cover plate (

Fig. 45

Removal

Preconditions

–

The Savina 300 has been switched off and disconnected from the mains
power supply.

–

The fuse link for the internal batteries has been removed from its holder
on the power supply unit.

–

The Savina 300 has been removed from the trolley, see „Disassem-
bling/assembling the device“ section headed „Removing/fitting the
Savina 300 from/into the trolley“.

–

The filter cover has been removed, see „Disassembling/assembling the
device“ section headed „Filter cover“.

–

The rear panel has been removed, see „Disassembling/assembling the
device“ section headed „Rear panel“.

–

ESD precautions have been taken.
