4.3.4 LPO (external oxygen supply)
Prerequisites Savina 300 is switched off.
Action • Using an approximately 40 cm silicone tube (4 x 1.5), connect the Savina
300 connecting port („LPO“ connection) to the cross-piece 7901504.
• Using an approximately 40 cm silicone tube (4 x 1.5), connect the manom-
eter 7910722 ( Fig. 16 /5) to the cross-piece ( Fig. 16 /7).
• Using an approximately 30 cm silicone tube (4 x 1.5), connect the syringe
7901541 ( Fig. 16 /6) to the cross-piece.
• Using an approximately 40 cm silicone tube (4 x 1.5), connect the connect-
ing sleeve M13506 ( Fig. 16 /1) to the cross-piece.
• Into the connecting sleeve ( Fig. 16 /1) slot the ISO connector M25647 ( Fig.
16 /2).
• Fit the ventilation tube (1.20 metres) ( Fig. 16 /3) onto the ISO connector
( Fig. 16 /2).
• Seal off the free end of the ventilation tube using a rubber plug 22/25, part
number 7901665 ( Fig. 16 /4).
• Using the syringe, create a negative pressure of -8mbar with the syringe.

After 5 seconds the pressure has risen to maximum -6 mbar.
