– Pressure limitation: Off

Test

No alarm:

– Pin 1 to pin 3: closed

– Pin 3 to pin 5: open

Action

• Activate the alarm by disconnecting the ventilation tube from the inspira-

tory socket.

Do not reset the acoustic alarm by pressing the „Audio

Paused“ key!

Test

Alarm:

– Pin 1 to pin 3: open

– Pin 3 to pin 5: closed

External battery or DC onboard power

Prerequisites

The Savina 300 is connected to the mains power supply and not to the exter-
nal battery or the DC onboard power. Savina 300 is in „Standby“ mode.

Test

The „External battery“ LED on the front of the Savina 300 is unlit.

Action

• Plug the connector of the external battery or of the DC onboard power sup-

ply into the Savina 300's power supply unit.

Test

The „External battery“ LED on the front of the Savina is lit „green“ or „yellow“.

Action

• Cut the mains power supply to the Savina 300.

• Switch the Savina 300 to any ventilation mode.

Test

Savina 300 ventilates with the external battery or with the DC onboard power
supply. The display message „ext. DC active“is displayed on a blue back-
ground.

• Restore the mains power supply to the Savina 300.
