Driving Mode
Setting not to receive calls during driving
Driving mode is an automatic answering service considering safety driving. With Driving Mode
ON, callers hear a guidance informing that you are driving and cannot answer the call and the
call is disconnected.
･
If you receive calls, mails or Message R/Fs or schedule/alarm are started during Driving Mode,
neither the ring tone, schedule alarm nor alarm sounds and neither the vibrator nor the multi-indicator
operates. Also, even if you receive mail or Message R/Fs during Drive Mode, the receiving screen or
reception result screen is not displayed.

When FOMA terminal is turned OFF or outside the service area, the caller hears an out-of-range
guidance and the Driving Mode guidance is not played.
･
The following sounds are played even in Driving Mode.
・ Keypad sound
・
Open slide/close slide sound when opening/closing FOMA terminal.
・ The shooting confirmation sound for shooting with the camera.(shutter sound)
･
Driving Mode can be set or canceled even when is indicated.
･
You do not need to apply to use Driving Mode. No monthly fee is required.
