Battery Level Check
Checking remaining battery level
The display indicates the approximate remaining battery level.
･
Battery level is displayed in 3 levels.
･ The remaining battery level display should be used as a rough indication.
Checking remaining battery level by sound and display
･
The sound does not ring in the following situations:
・
Keypad Sound is set to “OFF”
・ Silent Mode is set
・ Ring alert volume is set to “Silent”

The remaining battery level is displayed. After a brief interval, the screen returns to the menu list.
When the battery almost runs out, a message appears on the display or an alert sound (low battery
alert) rings indicating low battery. Charging the battery stops the low battery alert. If you want to stop it
immediately, press
f
.
In stand-by
A message indicating low battery appears on the display. The message disappears by pressing
o
.
After a brief interval, it reappears and the low battery alert sounds. At this time, all the icons on top of
the display blink and after approximately one minute the power turns off automatically.

For details, refer to the DC adapter manual.

The car battery may be discharged if you charge FOMA terminal with the engine off. Use the DC adapter
when the car engine is running.
●
When not in use, remove the DC adapter from the cigarette lighter socket.
●
The DC adapter fuses (DC adapter: 2A) are consumable items. New fuses are available at automotive
supply stores.
