Ring Alert Action
Ring Alert Delay
Setting not to answer a call from the party which is not registered in the phonebook
The ringer action by a ring tone or vibrator is set for a voice call or video-phone call received from
a caller who is not registered in the phonebook with the specified time elapsed. The function is
effective to “One ring”

This function cannot be set when Reject Non-Reg. Caller is set to “ON”.

When a call is received from a caller who is not registered in the phonebook, the arrival will be notified
only on the display for the period of specified time. After the set time has elapsed, normal ringer action
will start.

Before the specified time passes, normal call receiving operation such as answering an incoming call
or replying by Answer Machine can be performed. Incoming calls are recorded in Received Calls.

This function is operated even for incoming call from the other party saved in the phonebook when
PIM Lock or Privacy Mode is ON (“Authorized access” is set for Phonebook & Logs).
INFORMATION
●
When “Call Rejection” has been set, the rejected calls are stored in Received Calls.
●
When there is an incoming video-phone call without caller ID notification, this function operates only when
“Call Rejection” is set for the corresponding reason for hide caller ID. If set otherwise, the ring tone operates
as set in the video-phone settings in Sound Setting/Video-phone Incoming & Outgoing and the incoming
image operates as set in Video-phone Incoming & Outgoing.

Short Message (SMS) and i-mode Mail messages are received regardless of this function.

If “Movie ringtone” is set, “Sync ring alert” set in Show image and i-motion alert is played.
●
“Standard image” is when the video/i-motion with only sounds (i-motion with no image such as the vocals
of singers) is set for “Movie ringtone”. Note that the image can be changed by selecting “Image” in Image
field.
●
When you set the incoming setting to “Movie ringtone” and reset it to “Ring alert off”, the video/i-motion
set for “Movie ringtone” is played, but the ring volume becomes silent.

Specifies whether to enable Ring Alert Delay.

When “OFF” is set, the following items cannot be set.
Delay time (sec) ： Sets the time between the arrival of calls and the start of ringing.

The setting is made between 1 to 99 seconds.
Missed call
：
Sets whether to display a missed call which ends in less than the time set in
Delay time in Received Calls.
