Select USSD code field, enter the USSD
code.

Enter the service code provided by DoCoMo
in USSD code field. Service code is the code
used to make settings for the network
service. It is registered as the USSD code on
FOMA terminal.
4 Select Name field and enter the name
(service name).

The name (service name) can contain up to
10 two-byte or 20 one-byte characters.
