Case 1

If CTUD counts up normally, the value of CTUD1_CV is increased by 1 whenever
CTUD1_CU is triggered once.

Case 2

：

When CTUD1_Reset is TRUE, CTUD1_CV is cleared to 0, CTUD1_QU changes to
FALSE and CTUD1_QD changes to TRUE.
