At installation, lift the grip, insert the Main Controller PCB 1 until it stops, then tilt the
grip and install it with 2 screws.

• If the Reader Unit is installed, handle the reader power cable from the connector side,
make the cable slack in the upper area and install it.

Removing the Main Controller PCB 2
■ Actions before Replacement
You can evacuate by contents of the SRAM in Main Controller PCB 2 when you use SST.
execute Lev1 COPIER > FUNCTION > SYSTEM > DOWNLOAD > OK
[5] BACKUP
But you cannot use this function when there is HDD Encryption Board.
● When there is HDD Encryption Board:
1) Backup of the set/registered data.
Use the Remote UI.
Management Settings > Data Management > Import/Export
Target data:
2) Printing the set/registered data.
Use the service mode.
(Lv.1) COPIER > FUNCTION > MISC-P > USER-PRT
List of the set/registered data which cannot be backed up is printed.

● Remove the Left Rear Cover and the Left Rear Sub Cover.
1) Remove the Left Rear Cover.
