7. Select "RAID," "Size", "DWC", "RA", or "Span" by using cursor keys. Then
press Enter to fix the selection and set each value.
(1) “RAID”: Sets the RAID level.
The selectable RAID level varies depending on the number of hard disk drives
that configure a pack.
(2) “Size”: Sets the virtual drive size.
Up to 8 virtual drives can be created per RAID controller.
(3) “DWC”: Sets the parameter for the Disk Write Cache.
(4) “RA”: Sets the parameter for the Read Ahead.
*Recommended setting.
"Write-back On" enables good performance, however, cache data may be lost
at an unexpected power failure. "Write-back Off" reduces performance by
approximately 50%.
(5) “Span”: Sets the Span.
When performing SPAN, create two or more sets of the same pack at the pack
creation, as shown in the figure below.

8. When all the settings are completed, select "Accept" and then press Enter to
create the virtual drive.
The created virtual drive is displayed in the "Virtual Drive Configured" screen.
