Distillation Process Analyzer DPA-4.5 

Maintenance 

 

Installing the distillation flask 

•

 

Carefully put the distillation flask back in, so that all the bolts 
are lined up and the cables are laid correctly. 

•

 

Only hand-tighten the bolts (1) to (6) at first. It should be 
possible to put in the distillation flask without any major strain.  

•

 

Using another wrench as a counterhold, tighten the bolts (1) to 
(6) until the markings line up. This is roughly a quarter turn.
