8.2.5.3 Engrenage planétaire
(1) Déplacer la machine de manière à ce
que le bouchon d’obturation (8-12/flèche)
se trouve dans la position de 6 heures.
(2)
Placer en dessous un
collecteur d’huile, avec une
gouttière d’écoulement.
(3)
Dévisser le bouchon d’obtura-
tion et laisser l’huile s’écouler.
ATTENTION
Eliminer «l’huile usée» selon les
prescriptions de protection de
l’environnement!
(4)
Déplacer la machine de
manière à ce que le repère «ÖL-
STAND/OIL LEVEL» soit horizon-
tal et que le bouchon d’obturation
se trouve à gauche, au-dessus de
ce repère (8-13/flèche).
(5)
Remplir d’huile par l’orifice du
bouchon d’obturation jusqu’à ce
que l’huile atteigne l’ouverture.
TRÈS IMPORTANT
- Les données sur les quantités
d’huile sont indiquées dans le
plan d’entretien (chapitre 10).
- Dans le cas où le niveau diminue
après quelques minutes, remplir de
nouveau jusqu’à ce que le niveau
d’huile atteigne le niveau décrit
précédemment et reste stable.
(6) Visser le bouchon d’obturation
avec un nouveau joint.
8.2.5.4 Essieu AV AS 11
(1) Placer en dessous un
collecteur.
(2)
Dévisser les bouchons d’obtura-
tion du pont (8-14/1 et 8-14/2) et
laisser l’huile s’écouler.
ATTENTION
Eliminer «l’huile usée» selon les
prescriptions de protection de
l’environnement!

que le bouchon d’obturation (8-12/flèche)

ce repère (8-13/flèche).

bouchon d’obturation jusqu’à ce
que l’huile atteigne l’ouverture.

(6) Visser le bouchon d’obturation
avec un nouveau joint.
8.2.5.4 Essieu AV AS 11
(1) Placer en dessous un
collecteur.
(2)
Dévisser les bouchons d’obtura-
tion du pont (8-14/1 et 8-14/2) et
laisser l’huile s’écouler.
ATTENTION
Eliminer «l’huile usée» selon les
prescriptions de protection de
l’environnement!
8.2.5.3 Planetary gear
(1) Move the loader so that the
plug (8-12/arrow) is positioned at
6 o' clock.
(2)
Place an oil drain vessel with
a drain channel underneath the
gears.
(3)
Unscrew the drain plug and let
the oil drain out.
CAUTION
Waste oil must be disposed of in
such a way that it will not cause
pollution.
(4)
Move the loader until the mark-
ing line “ÖLSTAND/OIL LEVEL” is
horizontal and the plug is located at
the top left of the marking line
(8-13/arrow).
(5) Fill in oil via the plug bore until
the oil level reaches the opening.
NOTE
- Information about the quantity of
oil is mentioned in the mainte-
nance plan (chapter 10).
- After a few minutes, when the oil
level has lowered, top up the oil
until the oil level reaches the
marked level and remains stable.
(6) Use a new gasket when re-
placing the plug.
8.2.5.4 Front axle AS 11
(1) Place an oil drain pan under-
neath the axle.
(2)
Unscrew the plugs from the
axle arch (8-14/1 and 8-14/2) and
drain the oil.
CAUTION
Waste oil must be disposed of in
such a way that it will not cause
pollution!
8.2.5.3 Planetary gear
(1) Move the loader so that the
plug (8-12/arrow) is positioned at
6 o' clock.
(2)
Place an oil drain vessel with
a drain channel underneath the
gears.
(3)
Unscrew the drain plug and let
the oil drain out.

such a way that it will not cause
pollution.

Move the loader until the mark-
ing line “ÖLSTAND/OIL LEVEL” is
horizontal and the plug is located at
the top left of the marking line
(8-13/arrow).
(5) Fill in oil via the plug bore until
the oil level reaches the opening.
NOTE
- Information about the quantity of

nance plan (chapter 10).
- After a few minutes, when the oil
level has lowered, top up the oil
until the oil level reaches the
marked level and remains stable.

axle arch (8-14/1 and 8-14/2) and
drain the oil.
