<The safety logic circuit: example 4>
The setting example by using the auxiliary relay is described below. While either status of
the programming pendant emergency stop (PPESP), controller emergency stop (PBESP)
or external emergency stop (EXESP) is stopped, the general purpose safety output signal
1 (#1 GSOUT1) is turned ON.
1. The following safety logic circuit is created
2. Displays the time chart.
3. Verifying the safety logic circuit.
When the one of the programming pendant emergency stop, controller emergency stop
or the external emergency stop is inputted, the mark “
○
” of the general purpose safety
output signal 1 becomes “
●
”.
• Signal 1
: Programming pendant emergency stop (PPESP)
• Signal 2
: Controller emergency stop (PPESP)
• Signal 3
: External emergency stop (EXESP)
• Logic
: AND
• Output signal
: General purpose safety output signal (#1 GSOUT1)
The display “#1 GSOUT1” indicates the “#1 GSOUT1” of the first I/O
circuit board.
One of these status is on and turn #1GSOUT1 ON.
