– Acquire the measuring tool either from www.xerox.com/VERSANT_4100docs or from the
Nationalization Kit .
– To determine which drum cartridge is affected, download and print the Halftone Test
Pattern . Refer to www.xerox.com/VERSANT_4100docs .
– Replace or swap the appropriate drum cartridge; refer to Replacing a Drum Cartridge .

Problem
The inboard and outboard edges of the output prints shows dry ink/toner deletions, density
inconsistency, or is lacking in color depth. This occurs mainly when using heavier or lighter weight
stock.
Solution
If you run multiple width papers, for more information, refer to Extending Fuser Life with Multiple
Fusers and Preventing Fuser Damage .
