The Devices… option in the Spooling window allows you to select a
spool device. The Interfaces… option allows you to select to what I/
O interfaces to spool.
Note: If you select NONE for the spool device, you disable
spooling for all I/O interfaces; interfaces do not spool
regardless of their spool settings. If RAM disk is your spool
device, make sure to make it big enough to handle the
largest file to be spooled; otherwise, a “spool device full”
error occurs and the job does not spool. We recommend at
least a 10 MB RAM disk.
To select a spool device and an I/O interface for spooling
1. Open Command Center and select Spooling from the General
menu. The Spooling window appears.
2. Select Devices… from the Configure options. The Select
Spool Device window appears (fig. 6.31).

3. Select the location to which you want to spool your job. Then,
click OK. You return to the Spooling Window.
