6. Reconnect the vacuum tubing that was removed in
to the back of
the degassing chamber that is now attached to the flow-splitter face
plate assembly.
7. Install the flow-splitter face plate assembly in the front face of the ISM
chassis. Secure the face plate to the ISM with the screws removed in
, using the T10 TORX driver to tighten the screws.
Note:
The ACQUITY UPLC Flow-splitter face plate assembly is shown
above. The Alliance Flow-splitter face plate assembly contains restrictor
modules with the numeric labels 5, 10, and 100.
