Installing the optional ACQUITY UPC

Flow-splitter kits

8. Reconnect the vacuum tubing that was removed in

step 3

to the back of

the degassing chamber that is now attached to the flow-splitter face

plate assembly.

9. Install the Flow-splitter assembly in the front face of the ISM chassis.

Secure the face plate to the ISM with the screws removed in

step 2

using the T10 TORX driver to tighten the screws.
