16. Place the support plate on top of the pump head, ensuring the round side
of the plate is oriented toward the bottom side of the head.
17. Holding the assembly together, using the T27 TORX driver, fully tighten
the two head bolts until the screws bottom out and then unscrew 1/4
turn.
