Note:
The inlet side of the filter is denoted by the inscription “INLET”.
4. Holding the 22-
μ
L filter with the 5/8-inch, open-end wrench, disconnect
the outlet compression fittings using the 1/4-inch wrench.
5. Remove the old 22-
μ
L filter from the bracket.
6. Unpack the new 22-
μ
L filter.
7. Insert the new 22-
μ
L filter into the bracket.
8. Reattach the compression fittings to the 22-
μ
L filter, and tighten them
finger-tight plus an additional 1/6-turn, for existing fittings, or 3/4-turn
for new fittings.
