Chapter 6 Parameter Descriptions
63
The maximum output frequency f
max
is the allowable maximum output frequency of the inverter.
The maximum output voltage V
max
is the output voltage when the inverter runs at basic operating
frequency. When standard AC motor is used, it corresponds to the motor rated voltage. The parameter
value should from the motor nameplate.
The frequency upper limit f
H
and frequency lower limit f
L
are the maximum and minimum operating
frequency of the motor, the setting should according to the production process requirement.
The basic operating frequency f
b
is the minimum frequency corresponding to the maximum output
voltage of the inverter. When standard AC motor is used, it corresponds to the motor rated frequency.
The parameter value should from the motor nameplate.
Figure6−T Characteristic parameter definition
The parameter is used to increase the output voltage, and offset the stator voltage drop to improve the
torque performance at low speed.
If P0.T6 is set to “0”, represents the current torque boost is automatic torque boost.
If P0.T6 is set to non-zero value, represents the current torque boost is manual torque boost.
Note:
The torque boost setting should be set according to the load situation. The value setting too large the
motor would be over temperature, tripped by over-current or over-load.
When P0.T6 is set to 0.0, and P4.00 is set to 0 (linear VTF curve), the automatic torque boost is
enabled; when P4.00 is set to a non−zero value, the automatic torque boost is disabled.
