The NMD-50 dispensing mechanism is lo cat ed in the se cu ri ty cab i net of the
ATM.

ECHANISM
1. "Unlock All Cassettes" from Management Functions.
2. "Shutdown the Terminal" from Management Functions.
3. Unlock and open the control pan el.
4. Push the AC pow er ON/OFF switch to the OFF(0) position.
5. Unlock and open the fascia door to ac cess the com bi na tion lock.
6. Open the security cabinet door by en ter ing the cor rect com bi na tion and re-
leasing the lock mech a nism.
7. Re move the cas settes and reject tray from the dispensing mechanism.
8. Pull the dispensing mechanism out of the cab i net until the rails are fully ex-
tended.
9. Refer to Figure 3-138. Disconnect the DC pow er ca ble and serial com mu ni ca-
tion ca ble from the dis pens ing mech a nism.
***WARNING***
Due to the weight of the dispenser, the NMD-50 should be lifted from the
rails by two (2) service personnel.
