1. The feed rollers are dirty. Clean rollers with a soft cloth.
2. The cassette packer plate is giving irregular pressure. Check the operation
and settings of the cassette. Check that the packer plate is not sticking.
3. The cassette is overfi lled.
4. Investigate the note condition for bow, note damage, etc.
