1. SDD is not switched on or power supply fault.
2. Interface cable not connected or broken.
3. Logic 0V lines not connected at power supply.
4. Check link LK6 is set correctly.
5. SDD crashed. Switch off SDD and switch on again or apply hard reset; fault
should clear.

1. Timing wheel sensor/cable faulty. Check sensor/connections.
2. The 36V power supply has dropped below 34V.
