Field values (Note 1):
Minute (0-59)
– UTC minute for message start slot;
Start slot (0-2249)
– start slot (Note 2, 3);
Num of slots (1-5)
– number of slots (Note 4);
Increment (0 or 30-13500)
– slot interval (Note 5).
NOTES:
1. To reset the entered parameters (the message will not be sent on the channel in
question - parameter values are equal to 0), press the “Clear” button. These
values discontinue broadcasts of message 4 when the ECB sentence is sent to
the Base Station, and indicates that message 4 has been turned off if the ECB
sentence is received from the Base Station.
2. For message 4, starting slot ranging from 0 to 749 should be used. The
increment may vary; see ITU-R M.1371-1, Annex 1, 4.2.1, Table 1B and
footnote 1 for details.
3. For messages 17, 20, 22, or 23, starting slot ranging from 0 to 2249 should be
used. A null field indicates no change to the current start slot setting when sent
