Each level except the operator level is password protected. If an attempt is made to
open the protected menu sections, the Base Station request the user to confirm
his/her intention to open the protected section and then asks for the password.
In the case of the correct password input, the pertinent level access is opened.
Access rights are retained all the time the user remains in the protected section and
5 minutes more after the user left the protected section (so that there is no need to
enter the password each time in navigating the menu).
6.3.2
Setting new Administrator/Service engineer password
The Administrator password or the Service engineer password can be set in the
Configuration->Setup->Admin password or Configuration->Setup-
>Engineer password menu respectively. If an empty password is set, protection is
disabled.
