The Intensity Check screen is used to determine the intensity and noise
reading of the photometer detector with either reference or sample gas
flow. This is accomplished by adjusting photometer valve operation to
receive only reference or sample gas while in the respective screens.
Selecting any of these screens will disturb the analog outputs. The intensity
check is visible only if the photometer option is installed.
Both intensity screens function the same way. Therefore, the following
example of the Reference Gas Intensity screen applies to the Sample Gas
Intensity screen as well.
