Optional Zero Mix Valve Replacement

Use the following procedure to replace the zero mix valve.
Equipment required:
Phillips drive, #2
Hex drive, 9/64
Adjustable wrenches, qty 2
1. Turn instrument OFF, unplug power cord, and remove the cover
(
Figure 2–1 ).
2. Unplug zero mix valve. Refer to Figure 7–57 and Figure 7–58 .
3. Using two adjustable wrenches (one to hold fitting body and one to
loosen the nut), disconnect plumbing 3X.
4. Using #2 Phillips drive, unfasten two captive hardware.

5. Using a 9/64 hex drive, unfasten two 8-32 soc cap head screws.
6. Pull zero mix valve upwards away from bracket.
