Use the following procedure to replace the permeation oven board. 

Equipment required: 

Phillips drive, #2 

 

CAUTION  

Allow oven to cool down prior to servicing.

Turn instrument OFF, unplug power cord, and remove the cover 
(

Figure 2–1

). 

2.

 

Unplug all electrical J1, J7, J8, J9 as shown. 

3.

 

Using #2 Phillips drive, unfasten four 6-32 pan head screws.
