The MFC Calibration screen allows the user to calibrate the MFC’s, and
change calibration temperature and pressure.
Use the

buttons to move up and down and the

buttons to move left and right.
Note Display automatically reflects the amount and type of MFC’s

The MFC Calibration screen contains the following information:

Across:

Full Scale (sccm): Shows the full-scale range of the MFC.

Calibration: Allows the user to run a 2

7-point calibration for each
of the MFC’s.
●
Cal Status: Displays Ok/Fail based on latest MFC calibration
attempt.
●
Reset Coefficients: Resets MFC coefficients to factory default.
●
Down:

Zero MFC: Calibration of zero MFC.
●
Gas 1 MFC: Calibration of gas 1 MFC (if installed).
●
Gas 2 MFC: Calibration of gas 2 MFC (if installed).
●
Cal Temp (C): User sets calibration temperature.
●
Cal Pres (mmHg): User sets calibration pressure.
