The Calibration screen allows the user to calibrate instrument hardware
and view calibration history. See Chapter 4 “
Calibration ” for further
instructions on how to run a calibration. If a particular option is not
installed or not being used, it is removed from the display.
Home Screen>Calibration
The Calibration screen contains the following information:

MFC Calibration: The user calibrates MFCs. The calibration
temperature and calibration pressure should be chosen prior to MFC
calibration to tell the calibration algorithm whether standard or
volumetric flows are being entered by the user.

Ozonator Calibration: The user calibrates the ozonator automatically.
(Visible if ozonator, photometer options are enabled.)
●
Manual Ozonator Calibration: The user manually calibrates ozonator
with an external calibrated photometer. (Visible if ozonator option is
enabled.)
●
Photometer Calibration: The user can calibrate the photometer. (Visible
if photometer option is enabled.)
●
Pressure Calibration: Calibrates pressure. (Visible if ozonator and/or
photometer option(s) is/are enabled.)
●
Calibration History: Lists all calibrations performed and calibration
checks.
