Mixing Chamber Replacement

Use the following procedure to replace the mixing chamber.
Equipment required:
Phillips drive, #2
Hex drive, 9/64
Adjustable wrenches, qty 2
1. Turn instrument OFF, unplug power cord, and remove the cover
(
Figure 2–1 ).
2. Using two Adjustable wrenches (one to hold fitting body and one to
loosen the nut), disconnect plumbing 3X.
3. Using 3/32 hex drive, loosen the two setscrews (detail ‘A’).

4. Pull mixing chamber upwards.
5. Using adjustable wrench, disconnect tee fitting as shown.
6. Replace mixing chamber and reassemble in reverse order.
