The Gas Solenoid X screen allows the user to set up to 6 span
concentration and total flow settings for each gas. The minimum and
maximum allowable values are calculated based on setpoints, tank
concentration, and acceptable MFC operation ranges.
All the gas solenoid screens function the same way. Therefore, the
following example of the Gas Solenoid 1 screen applies to the other screens
as well.

Gas Solenoid 1: This column lists items associated with the gas
solenoid 1.

Setpoint: User selects span concentration or total flow setpoint.

Minimum: Minimum allowable value.
●
Maximum: Maximum allowable value. Note: The span
concentration, although limited by MFC ranges, can bet set up to
run the tank concentration by entering it into the concentration
setpoint field. This action will set the zero flow for that span level
to 0.

Units: Displays units for each item.

Zero Mode Flow: User sets flow for zero mode operation.
