Use the following procedure to replace the pressure regulator. 

Equipment required: 

Phillips drive, #2 

Hex drive, 9/64 

Adjustable wrenches, qty 2 

1.

 

Turn instrument OFF, unplug power cord, and remove the cover 
(

Figure 2–1

). 

2.

 

Using two Adjustable wrenches (one to hold fitting body and one to 
loosen the nut), disconnect plumbing 4X.

Using an adjustable wrench, unfasten nut. 

4.

 

Pull pressure regulator outwards, away from pressure regulator bracket. 

5.

 

Using an adjustable wrench and vice (wrench fitting and vice valve 
body), remove fittings as shown. 

6.

 

Replace pressure regulator with same fitting orientation related to the 
markings on the flow arrow. Make sure regulator notch aligns to the
