labeled Calibration, the user presses the Start button to calibrate the
high point of Sensor 1.
●
Zero Sensor 1:
User should put the pressure sensor under a strong
vacuum. Under the column labeled Reading, the user enters the
measured pressure from the vacuum in mm Hg units. Under the
column labeled Calibration, the user presses the Start button to
calibrate the low point of Sensor 1.
●
High Point Sensor 2:
In order to calibrate the high point of the
differential pressure sensor, adjust the pressure of the pressure gauge
in line with the capillary to 3 psi (~155 mm Hg). Under the
column labeled Reading, the user enters the measured pressure in
mm Hg units. Under the column labeled Calibration, the user
presses the Start button to calibrate the high point of Sensor 2.
●
Low Point Sensor 2:
In order to calibrate the low point of the
differential pressure sensor, disconnect the two tubes to the
differential pressure sensor so that both sides of the sensor are
exposed to atmospheric pressure. In this condition, the measured
differential pressure should be 0 mm Hg. Under the column
labeled Reading, the user enters this pressure in mm Hg units.
Under the column labeled Calibration, the user presses the Start
button to calibrate the low point of Sensor 2.
●
Atmospheric Sensor 3:
User should expose the sensor to atmospheric
pressure by disconnecting the tube attached to the sensor. Under
the column labeled Reading, the user enters the current
atmospheric pressure in mm Hg units. Under the column labeled
Calibration, the user presses the Start button to calibrate the high
point of Sensor 3.
●
Zero Sensor 3:
User should put the pressure sensor under a strong
vacuum. Under the column labeled Reading, the user enters the
measured pressure from the vacuum in mm Hg units. Under the
column labeled Calibration, the user presses the Start button to
calibrate the low point of Sensor 3.
●
Reset all values:
Under the column labeled Calibration, the user
presses Reset to reset all the calibration pressures to their defaults.
