The MFCs (Mass Flow Controllers) screen provides status and alarms for
up to three MFC’s. If the item being monitored displays Fail, an alarm is
activated.

The MFCs screen contains the following information:

MFCs: This column lists items associated with the MFC’s.

Zero MFC: Zero mass flow controller. Controls zero air flow.
●
Gas 1 MFC: Gas 1 mass flow controller. Controls gas flow, if
installed.

Gas 2 MFC: Gas 2 mass flow controller. Controls gas flow, if
installed.

Down:

Temperature Overflow: Displays status of temperature overflow
condition in the MFC.

Temperature Underflow: Displays status of temperature underflow
condition in the MFC.
●
Volumetric Overflow: Displays status of volumetric overflow
condition in the MFC.
●
Volumetric Underflow: Displays status of volumetric underflow
condition in the MFC.
