The MFCs (Mass Flow Controllers) screen provides status and alarms for
up to three MFC’s. If the item being monitored displays Fail, an alarm is
activated.

Zero MFC:
Zero mass flow controller. Controls zero air flow.

Gas 1 MFC:
Gas 1 mass flow controller. Controls gas flow, if
installed.

Gas 2 MFC:
Gas 2 mass flow controller. Controls gas flow, if
installed.

Down:

Temperature Overflow:
Displays status of temperature overflow
condition in the MFC.

Temperature Underflow:
Displays status of temperature underflow
condition in the MFC.

Volumetric Overflow:
Displays status of volumetric overflow
condition in the MFC.
